This brand new apartment complex was completed in June 2007 and is now available for rental all year round.
It is located in the quiet residential area of Kato Paphos known as Universal Gardens and has a small snack bar
and mini-market only 200-250m away.
We are situated right in front of the swimming pool, perfectly placed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
We are also only a pleasant 15 - 20 min walk or 3 minute drive away from the famous Paphos Harbour with its
superb fort.
Here you will find many bars, restaurants and shops. Cyprus and Paphos in particular is an ideal holiday
location for couples and families alike. The people are very friendly and in Kato Paphos they virtually all speak English.
As with all other countries Cypriots appreciate holiday makers who make the effort to speak a little Greek.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with hopefully everything you need to make your stay both enjoyable
and comfortable and is ideal for both families and couples alike. The large patio is perfect for eating, drinking, relaxing
and enjoying the wonderful Cypriot lifestyle. There is plenty of car parking on site, however due to the location of the
apartment and reliability of local taxis which are easy to find and good value for money a car isn't essential (the walk
down to the harbour is mainly flat). The apartment has a communal swimming pool (also a childs pool) which is heated
in winter months of November / February and March. It has a fully fitted kitchen which also includes a washing machine.
There is one bedroom with two comfortable single beds and a double and single sofa bed in the living area (sleeps 5).
We also have an infants travel cot which is free of charge if you need it, although we do request you bring your own bedding for
the cot. An ideal base to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Paphos, a world heritage site and the surrounding area.
