Weekly Rental Rates 2010/2011  January      £170 per week February      £170 per week March      £175 per week April      £175 per week May      £210 per week June      £230 per week July      £260 per week August      £260 per week September      £230 per week October        £210 per week November      £170 per week December      £170 per week   N.B. Prices may be subject to change at the owners' discretion but will not alter once a booking has been confirmed. A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm the booking and full payment is required a minimum of 8 weeks prior to departure.  A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is also payable at this time and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return provided all is well. Short Lets: Whilst we do not say no to short lets they are often expensive as the cleaning rates are the same as for a weeks stay. Long stays: Reductions are available for bookings of over 2 weeks - contact us for more details.  Winter Lets: We are happy to let the apartment out for long lets from early November through to late March and possibly April - Long lets at other times are at our discretion - contact us for details. Vacating the apartment on departure day: We would request that all guests vacate the apartment before 12 noon.  However if the apartment is not booked by other guests that day and the cleaning staff can work their schedule around you (and we do not incur any extra cleaning charges) we will be happy to allow you to use the apartment longer on your day of departure at no extra charge.  We understand the problems which late night departures cause and will always try to help where possible.
